SOC 344 - Selling The News*SSC
Examines the commercial and alternative news media, how bias and distortion in news are expressed and how they affect content. The object of this course is to provide students with a framework for understanding commercial news media and their effect on political processes and public opinion. Prerequisite: None, SOC 205 recommended.
